My daughter and I came on a Wednesday night, right before closing hours and met with Victor. Thursday night my daughter and I were driving home with 2 beautiful cars to our liking and standards. He made our experience very pleasant and hassle free. I absolutely loved his expertise and how he was able to help my daughter with purchasing her 1st car as well as myself. (5 STAR) Google Review. I worked for Ford for 8 years and was always wary about used car lots. I had a bad experience with one recently. The moment I stepped out of my rental car, I was greeted by Peter. I was amazed at the determination and hard work he had to get me into a vehicle and out of my rental. I went home that same day with a great car at the payment I could afford. The customer service and knowledge from the staff was impressive. I was referred to ABC by a few coworks.. I had just been in a car accident a few weeks prior... My car was totaled, and I was given peanuts by the insurance company.. Needless to say I had little to nothing to put down, but I did have a hunk of junk vehicle that was gifted to me.. I worked with Victor and Pete.. And without seeing the Vehicle they confirmed that I would be able to use it as a trade in... With not so good credit, I was not convinced that they would be able to get me in a car... However, I was in and out in less than an hour, in a 2015 low miles car with affordable payments per month,... These guys are GREAT, and I would send my Grandparents... GO CHECK THEM OUT!!!

I went into ABC Autotrader feeling like my options were slim to none due to my credit history and tight financial situation. I stopped by this dealership to see what they could do for me. As it turns out I was able to obtain a car (2014 Jeep Compass) and my car payments are now 33% cheaper than my previous car payment which I could no longer afford. Alfonso (sales consultant) explained everything thoroughly and to the point. He made the whole experience comforting and had a genuine/honest demeanor. Uncle Larry (finance manager) did his magic and was able to get me a good deal with a new lien-holder and has a great personality. I recommend this place highly to anyone who wishes to get a great deal on a car, no matter what the situational circumstances are.
